How Campaigns Are Built

Every campaign is a unique combination — pick one from each column:

Industry
SaaS FinTech Healthcare E-commerce ...
×
Segment
SMB Mid-Market Enterprise ...
×
Title
Senior Manager Director VP CEO/Founder
×
Angle
Better Faster Cheaper
=
Campaign
"FinTech + Mid-Market + VP + Better"

This structure creates hundreds of testable combinations. We find what works, double down on winners, and continuously improve your results.

All copy and strategy ideas are logged in our Master Copy Document.

We Cover All Bases

Most agencies pick one approach. We run both in parallel — so you never miss an opportunity.

Method 1

Volume-Based Outreach

  • Build targeted lists from B2B databases
  • Filter by industry, size, tech stack, funding
  • Personalize at scale with AI research
  • Consistent pipeline even when signals are quiet
Why it matters: Volume gives you reach. You're always in front of your ICP, building awareness and catching people who are in-market but haven't triggered a signal yet.
Method 2

Signal-Informed Outreach

  • Monitor job changes, hiring, funding, website visits
  • Reach out when something relevant happens
  • Reference the specific trigger in your message
  • They're already thinking about it
Why it matters: Signals give you timing. You're reaching out at the exact moment someone is evaluating solutions — when they're most likely to respond.
💡
The bottom line: Volume keeps your pipeline full. Signals make your outreach timely. We run both simultaneously so you get consistent meetings AND higher reply rates.

The System

From lead sources through orchestration to multi-channel execution

Before the system runs: Strategy and copy must be finalized first. Once we've defined your ICP, built your campaigns, and written your sequences, the system to find leads and trigger the copy executes.
Lead Sources
Eight categories of prospects flowing into the system, each with specific tools and signals.
B2B Databases
Access to 270M+ contacts with firmographic filtering by industry, company size, location, tech stack, and funding stage. The foundation of any outbound list.
Website Visitors
Deanonymizes your website traffic to reveal who's viewing your pricing page, case studies, or product pages in real-time. High-intent signals from your own site.
Job Changes
Tracks new roles, promotions, and company moves. New VPs typically evaluate tools in their first 90 days. Champion tracking follows contacts when they change companies.
Hiring Signals
Job postings indicate team expansion and budget availability. A company hiring 3 SDRs is scaling outbound. Hiring a RevOps lead means they're investing in infrastructure.
Social Engagement
Captures post interactions, competitor mentions, and content engagement on LinkedIn. People engaging with competitor content are actively evaluating solutions.
Lookalike Companies
Discovers companies similar to your best customers based on website content analysis, not just firmographics. Finds the companies that look and sound like your winners.
Social Groups
Extracts members from relevant industry and interest groups at scale. Groups like "SaaS Sales Leaders" or "B2B Marketing Executives" contain pre-qualified prospects.
Industry Lists
Scrapes trade associations, conference attendee lists, award nominees, and industry directories. spider.cloud crawls websites into AI-ready formats for prospect research.

Inbox & Domain Health System

Your emails only work if they land in inboxes. We run a military-grade monitoring system to protect deliverability.

Instant Kill Triggers
Any of these = inbox dies immediately, no second chances:
1 spam complaint 2 hard bounces in 24h 0.5% hard bounce rate (7 days) 5% total bounce rate Any provider block (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo) Any bounce on fresh inbox (<14 days old)
Kill Fast, Swap Fast Core philosophy: inboxes are disposable, domains are not. When a kill trigger fires, we stop sends immediately, swap to a hot backup within 1 hour, and diagnose after. We never delay a kill to investigate.
100% Backup Capacity For every active inbox, there's a warmed backup ready to go. When primary dies: hot backup promotes instantly, warming inbox becomes hot backup, new warming inbox spins up. Zero gaps, ever.
Domain Protection 1 dead inbox = domain flagged (accelerate backup warming). 2 dead inboxes = domain killed entirely. Complaints or blocks across multiple inboxes = domain killed. We sacrifice inboxes to protect domains.
Domain Lifecycle 0-14 days: warmup only. 14-30 days: 10-20 sends/day. 30-90 days: ramp to full. 90-180 days: peak performance. 180+ days: prepare replacement. 240 days: force rotation even if healthy.
ESP Monitoring Gmail Postmaster Tools + Microsoft SNDS checked daily. We track complaint rates, domain reputation, IP reputation, spam trap hits, and filter results. Single-ESP degradation = shift volume to other provider.
Placement Testing Weekly seed tests (25+ addresses across Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo). <85% primary inbox or >5% spam = flagged for retest. Two consecutive failures = killed. New inboxes tested every 3 days.
Campaign Quarantine Campaign burns 2+ inboxes in 7 days = quarantined. Burns inboxes across 2+ domains = quarantined. Bounce rate >5% = quarantined. No quarantined campaign touches any inbox until root cause is fixed.
List Contamination Check When bounces happen, we check if they're from the same company, segment, or list source. Inbox always dies, but we also quarantine the contaminated segment to prevent spread.
Non-Negotiable Settings
Open tracking OFF Link tracking OFF No images No links in body Plain text only Safe/valid leads only 14 days warmup minimum Copy rotation every 6-8 weeks
